Our modern production facilities and well-trained employees enable the production of tailor-made, economical and environmentally friendly lubricants. We work according to the quality management system and attach great importance to compliance with quality and environmental standards according to DIN, which contribute to the conservation of environmental resources.
We also comply with European and international standards and regulations such as REACH, RoHS, GOST, GOTS and GHS. This enables a high level of security and transparency in our production and sales processes.
Research & development for innovative and sustainable progress
The development of economical and ecological lubricants, which, for example, are quickly biodegradable and therefore protect the environment and minimize disposal costs, is an important part of our research.
Using the latest findings from science and research as well as close cooperation with mechanical engineering specialists opens the way for continuous innovation, research and development for the chemists and engineers in our R&D team. This helps us to achieve the highest market and customer requirements and to constantly improve our products, production processes and workflows in terms of sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
Quality assurance starts with the raw materials
The raw materials we process (oils, thickeners and additives) are subject to the strictest criteria when selecting them. They are subjected to the most precise checks during receipt inspection and are only processed further after approval by our QS laboratory. This ensures the consistently high quality standard of our products worldwide and is the basis for the outstanding performance of LUBCON lubricants.
